Safari keeps opening long closed tabs in iPhone

Whenever I open safari on my Mac it with it opens tabs that I closed long ago on my iPhone

does anyone know where safari desktop version store tabs as a file that I can try deleting

Don't have a solution but I got the same problem. Safari on iPhone keeps tabs from Safari from my macbook open even though I closed them long time ago. Anyone know how to get rid of the tabs?
