Safari keeps randomly closing all windows

Hello, I have another new-mac-user-dummie question (thank you everyone for your kindness). Safari keeps randomly closing ALL of my windows. Sometimes it happens when I put the computer to sleep, but sometimes it happens right when I'm browsing the window! It will close all tabs and only keeps the current one I am using open. What causes this and how do I stop it? I am using the 2021 iMac.

Sounds like a Monterey bug. Well, if no one else is gonna suggest something else, let me be the ? and tell you that you might need to either restore your Mac/reinstall macOS or wait for a software update that’s fixed this that might never come
