Safari keeps scrolling to bottom of page on load..

Anyone else having an issue with Safari scrolling to bottom of page all of the sudden? E.g. if I load cnn.com, after loading, the page scrolls to the bottom.

This is on the latest version of iOS.

Edit -

Fixed by clearing cookies and cache in Safari.
