Is there a pop-up blocker than can stop Lightbox email opt-in pop-ups?

These are the ones that dim the web page you are on and prevent you from reading the page unless you give up an email address to the site.

A lightbox popup is a web form that appears on top of the webpage that you are viewing. When it appears, the webpage is darkened in the background, so that the form stands out.

NOTE: These are not separate pop-up windows that are blocked by Safari or other ad blockers.
They are part of the web page...See: https://optinmonster.com/3-reasons-lightbox-popups-capture-more-emails/

Yes, you can use Nada mail to give them some crappy fake email, but I would like to block them all together.
