Safari-Like Zoom 'Smart Zoom' for Chrome (Add-On)

Hello, I'm an add-on developer for Chrome. I'm looking into creating an add-on that will enable, with Apple's trackpads/laptops and Magic Mouse to zoom in Chrome the way Safari does.

Would anybody be interested in this add-on?
