Safari loading cache and not new pages

Hi,

Under El Capitan, when I start Safari which loads seven often looked at web pages, Safari loads the old caches and not the new material at the various sites. I have never had this problem before El Capitan and I can't figure out how to stop this action..

Any ideas?
