Safari loads cached page not updated page

This seems to be on one particular website, so it may or may not be a Safari issue. The problem is that safari won't update the page when I load it, it will usually just load the website how it was last viewed (which for browsing forums is annoying as hell). I have to manually refresh the forum/thread page to see the new content. It's FordTruckWorld if it makes any difference. Also, on the other side of this, safari re-downloads every image loaded in a forum post every time I click it, is there anyway to have it cache those images (some of them are pretty big and there are a lot o them, so it's annoying to re-download EVERYTHING)?

Either you load a cached page or you don't. Are you using dialup?
