Safari lockups

Even with iOS 8.1 Safari locks up completing forms on some websites.

Anybody else getting this.

It even locks up when I try to reply to these forums on my iPhone 6.

I have to write my response in mail and then post it here.

I have issues of losing wifi that appear to occur with safari. Wonder if this could be the problem.
