Safari lost all my plugins and can't install new ones

Since yesterday (after the Quicktime update) Safari has lost my Adblock plugin and Inquisition. I've tried to install them again, but they won't show anymore.

Anyone else have this problem?
 
Oke so I just found out that I've lost all my downloaded fonts as well and I can't reinstall them either!!

What the hell is wrong with my Leopard?
