Safari - 'Merge all Windows' Freeze

I used 'Move Tab to a New Window' to separate a tabbed window.

When I reintegrate it using 'Merge all Windows', it successfully moves it back to the tabbed view but Safari freezes and I get the Apple message telling me that I have no internet connection.

Only a 'Restart' seems to fix the problem.

Anyone else experienced this?m
