Safari minimizes on extended screen, when using main screen

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has the solution for this problem? Basically, I've an extended desktop, with the safari browser open on this screen. When I go full screen on the safari browser to watch a video, then the dock disappears from the main laptop screen and then when i click the screen on the laptop the safari window minimises again and the dock reappears.

Anyone have any ideas?
