Now, before you get angry at me and tell me theres are thread, it isn't for this, i have emptied every single safari cache file but after 10 minutes its back! any help?
 
Do you have any Safari extensions installed that might be causing this?

Is it certain web sites that trigger it?

Try making a new, temp user account then login to that account and see if it happens there. If it does not, that tells us it is something about the way you have your account setup.
