Two weeks ago my co-worker tried to watch a YouTube video, had an alert that Flash was not loaded so no movies. Everything was working prior. I downloaded Flash from the adobe site, installed.......still the message no flashmovie plug in installed. I re-installed many times. Running Safari 3.0.3 with Quicktime 7.2 something. If anyone can help much appreciated.

Check the Safari Preferences. In the Security tab make sure you have "Enable plug-ins" ticked. Mine got unticked somehow (I'm pretty sure it was not me) and I could not watch any flash or quicktime in Safari...
