Safari no longer shows favorites when I tap address bar.

As the title says, when I tap the adress bar the background is just darkened and the keyboard comes up but there's no favorites anymore. Any idea how I can get this back? I've done a hard reset but no factory reset or anything.

This happens on my iPhone 6 btw.

Happened to me in the very first developer beta. For some reason there's two Favourites in settings. Check to see if similar happened and change to the other one (see screenshot)

Settings > Safari > Favourites
