I've been using Safari, and I just love its speed and simple interface. My browser of choice before this was Firefox, and it has one thing that keeps me going back to it: NoSquint. This is an extension that remembers your preferred size of font for each site you visit so you're not forever clicking the increase text button.

Does anyone know if there's a similar plugin for Safari that does this? I've had a scout around and can find nothing. Safari does render text beautifully, but sometimes it seems smaller than the text from my credit card agreement.

Just that and links opening in a new tab with a simple click without keyboard intervention would, in my world, make Safari the perfect browser.

Have you tried going into Safari's preferences, then Advanced and selecting the Universal access option for "Never use font sizes smaller than: 9" ?

Oh, great, never saw that. Hopefully that'll solve some of the problems. Thanks for pointing that out. :)
