iPod touch Safari not available after update

Hi,

I have a ipod touch that I received when I purchased a macbook pro a month ago. All is going fine, until yesterday I plugged my ipod to the macbook pro and a software update was available. I updated to the new itunes software and now my ipod touch does not have a safari icon anywhere. It doesn't even let me click on google or msn apps.

I've searched here but could not find any answers. Could someone help me understand what has happened?

Check restrictions in settings > general
