Ok, so I 'Reset Safari', so that it clears everything and reopens, right? Fine, cookies gone, I have to relog into all my forums and stuff. But at some intermittent time, I notice that I have autologged-in on certain sites I didn't...then I check my cookies and ALL of them have returned.

This is disturbing, because I thought they were gone (no, I'm not trying to hide my web traffic) - is all my data just sitting somewhere, despite having deleted it? Why is all of a sudden returning?

I thought I was just crazy, but it happened twice...

Yes, I have. I deleted some manually.

I've tried resetting safari and then quitting and opening this time. Hopefully this resolves it. It's just strange that 'Reset Safari' doesn't actually delete anything - unless there is a system cache somewhere.
