Hey,
Sorry if this is in the wrong thread. I couldn't find anywhere else to put it.
I'm using Safari 3.2.2 and it will not record any history. I have tried to fix it every possible way I could think off:
1. Checking if Private Browsing is on. [It wasn't]
2. Reseting Safari. [Still won't record]
3. Uninstalling and Reinstalling [No effect]
Is it possibly because of a missing file?
Please help!

Where do I go for that?
I don't see any section about History other than when to delete history..

There is a specific .plist file associated with safari that if deleted, wont record history. This is supposed to be created if not existing, but it may be missing and not being created.

Ok so I just browsed my Safari folder thoroughly and I don't see it. How do I create it? Or where can I get it?

It should be found here: ~/Library/Safari/history.plist
Is this where you were looking? Maybe you could delete history from safari, and then quit and reopen safari, then check folder to see if a blank file was created.

Oh I don't use Mac so would i just go to my regular Safari folder where all the core files are located?
EDIT: Yeah so I did what you just told me to do. Delete history, quit, and reopen, I checked the folder again but there was nothing
