Safari not showing "Open in YouTube" banner anymore!

Hey guys,

All the sudden my iPhone 6s Plus stopped showing the open in Youtube banner at the top of a Youtube link. I would like that back. Any ideas on how to get it back?

Here's my wife's iPhone 6S showing the banner.

Mine just doesn't show up at all but I want it.
