Safari not using Address Book for AutoFill

I've got "Autofill web forms: Using info from my address book card" checked and my Address Book is full of info but Safari has never filled in a single thing using it since my last install. It used to work but not since I reinstalled the OS a few months ago.

Does anyone know what could be keeping it from working or am I doing something wrong?
