Today, I opted to get some episodes of a show I like from Vudu. I am using a Studio Max and proceeded to fire up Safari to watch via web, some of those episodes.
Seems for some reason Safari insists on triggering the subs used for those hard of hearing. The close captioning is set to off so that should not be the issue. I could not find any way to turn it off. Meanwhile, I got live chat that went nowhere with Vudu.
Last - I proceeded to use another browser and it did not have the problem. I tried a 3rd browser as well and no problem. Only Safari has this issue. *
Anyone have an idea why this would happen? Is there something in Safari I could tweak to get this to stop?
