Ps : ipad 2 g , using wifi , same wife same ipad as before ... But iOS 6 update done now

Not sure if safari crawl is due to iOS update

Depends on what the problem is. Can you confirm it's Safari on the device and no your internet connection? Have you killed Safari? Have you restarted?

Thanks for the reply

Yes it is safari on the ipad

Why do I say ?

I have one wifi and three apparatus connected to the same wifi

Safari on iPhone is a rocket

Chrome ie etc on my *windows laptop * is as usual

VOIP is working as usual on iPhone.... Win PC

Uploads to the box etc are fine from both iPhone and ipad

Safari on ipad is crawling !!!

Yes I have killed the safari
=========================
what have i done ? i have lilled a running instance of safari by double clicking on the home button and holding on a running program ikon , running programs ( at the bottom wiggle ) click the x next to the wiggling ikon, continue closing all running programs

Am I wanting to switch to chrome to this to that browser ?

Not unless I've tried everything possible

Safari is one of the more crash prone apps since every little hiccup in the Internet connection, or dealing with a site that has Flash or Java or all sorts of other stuff can trip it up.

If a simple 'kill' on the app doesn't work you can try rebooting the whole phone. Or even clearing the caches etc. just like with the computer version it can hang up on an old version of a site in the cache and fall into a wacked out loop

Excellent !

Thanks

Will clear cache etc and see

I google to find out how

Any shortcuts to clear private data ?

TIA
