Hi all, I am not a mac user, so forgive me. Also, this isn't meant as a question of "that's so unfair, blah blah blah", it's more curiosity.

If Safari comes pre-loaded onto Mac's, how do they avoid similar antitrust issues that MS had in the 90's?

Is it because they don't have a dominant market share of the browser market? OR, do they have a similar browser installation concept that windows now has, where you choose your default browser when you are setting up your computer?

Safari isn't integrated into the OS like IE was with Windows. You can easily use any browse you choose on Mac OS X.
