I have tried several times now to run Safari on my PC running Windows XP with Service Pack 3, but, after the first day or so, I begin to notice all of my applications lagging (including Safari itself). As long as Safari is not running, then the lagging does not occur.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any rhyme or reason to it?

Safari for Windows is known to be not nearly as good as the Mac version. If you want a good Windows internet browser, look at Firefox, Chrome, or Opera.

Those are good suggestions. I have been using Chrome pretty regularly on my work PC. It works pretty well (especially extensions syncing), but Safari just has that nicer touch to me. Too bad it's not known to work well on Windows. Thanks for the feedback!
