Safari on Wondows

Hi guys,

I have been a long time Mac user thus I use Safari on my Macs. Recently I found an old HP laptop so I installed Windows 8 Preview on it and downloaded Safari 5.1.7 for Windows. Apparently Safari for Windows works very differently then Safari for Mac, I cannot find any where in the Windows version to import my Safari bookmarks I exported from Mac, Does anyone know how to import bookmarks in Safari for Windows?

Hi thanks for the reply. That's what puzzles me, The usual menu bar isn't there, I used the link you provided went to settings->Show Menu Bar, it doesn't do a thing.

What if you press the ALT key? Does the menu show up then?

Ok, I got it. I think it might be a bug in Safari. I went to Settings-> Reset Safari... cleaned out everything, then restart Safari, click Show Menu Bar, all Menu Bar items magically came back, from there I can import bookmarks on a dim! Hooray!!
