iPhone Safari 'open in' gone?

Hi all, before jailbreaking I'm sure if I selected a file in Safari I would get the option to open in a particular app or pick another app if I wished. However, that 'open in' button seems to have gone now and I can only pick one app, the last I installed for that file type, to open in.

.torrents for instance will only open in iTransmition now and not Dropbox! Is it a fault or something I've installed?
