Safari opened weird site

When I opened safari today it opened with all my tabs, plus an additional tab: http://trk.cp20.com/Tracking/t.c?687qy-bgbb1-r2vhow0&_v=2

I don't think I went on that site. Is it something I should worry about?

I was just looking at ebay, tmobile, and ups. So I'm not sure why it would open something I didn't click on. Do you think it installed a tracker on my iPad?

Wow. That's a site I would welcome to pop up!

It's easy to tap an ad and despite the pop-up blocker some extra pages (tabs) do launch. I assume it happened sometime when you didn't notice it. But no, don't let this one extra page alarm you. Worst case it threw a cookie down and you may clear those.
