Safari overheating phone and running down battery

Anyone else experiencing Safari usage (I’m reading news websites mainly) overheating the phone so much brightness steps down and I can hardly hold it? also runs down the battery double speed. Been happening since beta 1 on my 6S+. tonight went from 100% to 5% in 3 hours while reading news
