safari pages don't load

Hi, When I open webpages in safari sometimes they just don't load, this has only recently started happening, just wondered if anyone else having this problem and is there a solution.
I always keep my mac up to date and am using mojave

I regularly have web pages fail to load with a "cannot establish a secure connection" error or pages that are really slow to load. it's been happening regularly since I installed Mojave. No idea why and I'm sorry to say I don't have a solution.
