Safari password autofill

It wasn't working for me for some reason on my iPhone 6 yet was working on my iPhone 6 Plus. Turns out you have to go to Settings - Safari - Passwords & Autofill and then turn on Names & Passwords/Use Contact Info/Credit Cards if you want them to Autofill.

Not all sites support it. I have had some sites not allow me to save passwords to the keychain. Mostly secure sites like banks or high security sites.
Other than that if keychain password works for you on sites like Facebook and Twitter then it is working.

As jbmacfan noted, password autofill doesn't work on every website. However, this support article contains some trouble-shooting tips (scroll about half-way down or search for "autofill" on the page):

I can't get auto fill to work on my iPhone 6+ but it works fine on my iPad air. Both are 8.1 upgrades but even tho I have turned on all the options on my phone under Safari/settings/passwords and autofill, the phone will not save my passwords. Anyone else having this problem?

I think I have the solution. Once I turned on iCloud/Keychain on both devices, autofill worked perfectly on both. You do not have to activate the credit card part in Safari/Passwords & Autofill if you choose not to. However, if you have multiple devices, Keychain must be activated to have the autofill option. Hope this helps someone. Thanks for all the replies to my question.
