well, somehow my safari uninstalled it self so i decide to try and re download it...

i go to the download site for safari 5 (http://www.apple.com/safari/download/) and it redirects me to (https://swdlp.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/SoftwareDownloadApp.woa/599/wo/btJUbh5HchMKFMeQsUkZJw/2.5) which looks just like the thank you for downloading safari page.

now my computer gives me a warning (You have requested an encrypted page that contains some unencrypted information. Information that you see or enter on this page could easily be read by a third party.)

and when i try to open the download it tells me that the dmg cant be read.

any ideas or fixes.

ive tried going back to the apple.com page but that didnt work... every time i try to download it, it does the same thing.

New Problem

ok i got the download, but when i tried to install it, it just told me i already have a newer version, so i did a search of safari for my entire computer and the only files with safari are the ones from that download...
