Safari Preferences Ignored

Whenever i type into the search bar, it uses bing, but i have the preferences set to google, everywhere i search online, it says to change that preference to set the search bar to google, but the search bar is ignoring the preferences.

ok, i found out about a safari extension i didn't know i had... thanks for the help!
