Safari problem - Copy and Paste BUG Help!

Hello! I have an iPhone 3GS and recently I found out this.

Everytime I watch something on YouTube and then I try to select and copy the link, I can't.

I'm on Safari and I go to whatever page that there is a video, I watch it and then boom, I can't even select the link from the address bar.

To solve it, I just press the home button and start again Safari. it's ok doing that everytime, but it is not supposed to be like that, I guess xD

Any solution?
