Safari problem or 3G?

Has anybody used the site"viewmymessages.com" with any success? I know this is the site AT&T uses when someone sends me a MMS but everytime I try to get to the site it never goes through on 3G, I can only access it when I'm on WiFi......l

Anybody else have this problem?

BTW I do have just about full signal strength on 3G
