Safari Problem

Hello Forum,

I have a problem with a mini mac and safari. The problem is safari will not auto connect to a dial up account. I have adjusted the PPP settings to connect as necessary, applied, then restarted safari. No luck. So I restarted. No luck.
The weird thing is when I quit safari, it dials.

I have searched around for info but all I have found are instructions on setting up the PPP settings to connect as necessary.

Now this is not a very big deal as I can dial out manually but there must a solution to this.

Anyone have any ideas?
