Hi, i'm having serious Safari trouble opening links. The loading indicator stops half way and I have to click STOP and then RELOAD before the site is loaded. After I click RELOAD the site is there in a second. Tried everything from changing DNS servers to killing DNS prefetching. I hope someone here might know what the problem is. Thank You for helping me out!!

Have you tried running Safari whilst connected to a different network to see if you get the same behaviour? If this is so, it would point to a problem with your computer.

I had a similarly annoying problem recently when back-swipes to visit the previous page mysteriously stopped working, resulting in a blank page requiring another back-swipe. On that occasion I checked the status of my disk using the disk utility and it reported that there were problems. Fixing that didn't sort the problem, but when the latest OS X update came, applying that did fix it.

Not sure if that helps or not but it might give you some pointers maybe.
