Safari Problem

When I use safari to surf some websites that I visit are having some problems. Here is a picture of the problem.

And here is what it is suppose to look like

It seems that it is using some of the layout codes and applying it to the website. Does anyone know how to fix this?
 
Also another problem happens when I try to reset my cable modem. When I try to click the Reset cable modem button, nothing happens.

coding and js problems, there is nothing you can do other than trying different browsers such as firefox 3 or opera 9.5
