When i try to go to a paysite on safari a little SHOULD be coming up and saying:
username:
password:

This isn't happening any more and then after you try to access a normal webpage it doesn't load up. BUT, if i use netscape 7.2 it works fine. Please help me. thanks alot.

Not sure I understand your question... What should be coming up when you go to a pay site?

its like a little tab/window that drops down from underneath the toolbar. its like the little window thats on a web page if you want to log onto yahoo but it just drops down from underneath the toolbar.

I think he/she is talking about an HTTP Basic authentication window, where the browser will prompt you for a username and password. If its not coming up, you may have stored the password accidently (or intentionally).

Im sure someone can chime in here as to how to remove that from remembered passwords list, as Im not on my mac at the moment.

I'm not at mine either, but it's stored int the Keychain, not Safari, so the Keychain management app (in Applications->Utilities, I think) needs to be opened and searched for the name/password combo.
