Safari prompting me to switch search engines

Has this happened to anyone else? I opened safari and something popped up asking me to switch my safari bar seach engine to yahoo. Is this part of apple phasing out google? I dont like it.

Did you by any chance click the Yahoo icon in the bottom left corner of a location page in the stock Weather app?

If you are on a Yahoo website, it will show up. Otherwise, it shouldn't.
