Safari proxy set up

So I was using the internet fine all day no problem but all of sudden . I shut down my MacBook and next time I try to log on I get this error thingy saying something about the safari can't connect to proxy sever


I went to the Safari pref and went to advance but I am only a basic Mac user and have no ideal how to fix this
How do I fix this problem
Also what does the Safari proxy do
