Safari question

Hey everyone,
I was wondering if it is possible to watch a youtube video (or any other video in the internet) in full screen mode on one screen while doing others things on your second screen. Every time I attempt to do this, the fullscreen always downsizes into something smaller. Any setting I can change to prevent this from happening? Or maybe a different browser that lets me do this?
