Safari question

Installed a plugin that I now don't want (Safari Omnibar). The dev says for uninstall navigate to library->application support->SIMBL. But that folder doesn't appear in application support. So is there a way to download just the current Safari? The 5.1 that's on the Apple site is only for Snow Leopard, not Lion. Any thoughts?
