Safari question

I am trying to get Safari to remember log ins. For for some reason, it has stopped asking me if I want to save user names and passwords. Everything applicable is "checked" in the autofill box. But its not doing it.
Any thoughts?

Here's the problem.
I don't see the one I want.
So nothing to delete.

It should aways be asking me if I want to save the info.
Its not doing that.
Argh!

I tested by deleting a single log in. The next time I logged in, I WAS prompted to save.
Yet, another site, requiring a log in, did NOT prompt me.
Why is there a different?
