Safari quits after JB iOS 5

After I jailbroke my iPod touch 3rd gen on iOS 5, Safari won't open.
I've tried rebooting (with redsn0w), resetting all settings, and so on.
Actually, I've tried everything except for restoring in iTunes, as it'll be hell annoying to redownload all of those apps again ;)
