Safari relaunches on quit

Having a weird issue where when I quit Safari, it automatically launches again, so I have to quit it twice. Just noticed this starting recently, but I'm wondering if it may have something to do with installing/uninstalling the WebKit browser a couple months ago.

Any ideas on how to fix it?
