Safari reloading whenever I go back with gestures

Whenever I use the gesture back in my rMBP on safari, the pages keep reloading, this is extremely annoying to the point I would rather use another browser such as chrome.

The bad thing is chrome isn't as smooth as safari in the rMBP, is there any fix around this?

I've noticed that too, very annoying. And it doesn't happen when you click the back button, only when you swipe back on the trackpad.

I'm still using Safari though since it's much smoother scrolling than Chrome.

That annoys the crap out of me.... especially when browsing forums!
