Safari RSS feed suddenly requires authentication

I have a bunch of RSS feeds, which I subscribed to (and read) via Safari. A couple of them come from a BitTorrent tracker that I frequent. I have been using these feeds for at least a year, without error. All of a sudden, I'm getting an error saying:

Safari could not update this feed because it requires authentication

I input the same username/password that I use on the BitTorrent tracker, but it seems to get rejected. Can anyone give any advice here?
