Does anyone know if the much reported RSS vulnerability for Safari (where users were advised to change default RSS reader to anything but safari) still exist? Has this been addressed by Apple in any updates? I just switched to Safari 4, did this fix the issue? I know, lotsa questions.

As always, thanks in advance for your input, advice, or solution.

I wasn't aware of any issue, but then again I don't use safari. I tried at one point but I just can't get used to it's style and it didn't seem to update properly.

I switched to a standalone app called Net News Wire which is the best one I've seen.

I'd have to guess that such a problem would be fixed, there have been a couple updates to safari, last one being 3.2.3 (not counting 4 Beta).
