I have been wondering for a while why RSS bookmarks placed on the bookmarks toolbar is done so illogically.

I think that the way Firefox does it is ideal. I like to view in a drop-down menu the articles or blog postings that I haven't read yet, and then directly click on them, instead of seeing every article in a stripped-down version.

Does anybody know of a plug-in that will make my RSS behave more like firefox?

In addition, is there a way to make the rss feeds update more often than just every hour or something. (Ideally I would want it to update every 5 minutes).
