Safari screen corruption

Ever since upgrading to Catalina, Safari wigs out randomly. Always the same issue:
Corrupted blocky graphics, or page elements flicker and appear and disappear depending on what you hover over.

I've gone through all my folders and removed every extension (there were not that many) and the problem remains. See attached photo of macrumors...

Note that only Safari does this, no other applications. Quitting and relaunching Safari fixes it.

Still having issues with this... Anyone else having problems with Safari? Only Safari seems be affected.
